Law Advocates provides access to justice for low income Whatcom County residents through the volunteer help of over 200 local attorneys.
BELLINGHAM-WHATCOM PUBLIC FACILITIES DISTRICT
The Bellingham-Whatcom Public Facilities District (BWPFD) mission is to fund a Regional Center and Cultural District located in downtown Bellingham that will increase economic prosperity and lay a foundation for further public and private investment in the community. Current projects include the construction of the $12,000,000.00 Art and Children’s Museum and the $4,000,000.00 renovation of the historic Mount Baker Theatre.
